IIT in Orissa: A distant dream

The list of states, demanding IITs, is getting longer with each passing session of the Parliament. After Andhra Pradesh, Bihar and Rajasthan, now Kerala and Himachal Pradesh have successfully moved the Central government for setting up IITs in their states. Orissa is consistently discriminated, when it comes to premier technical institutes.
